The C.I.G.A.R.E team is always open to try new things and when it comes to tantalizing our taste buds, it's no different. So we decided to try someone's flavour that's from a different walk of life...Chef Coco from Sel et Poivre, the restaurant at The Quartermain in Sandton.
With his fast paced style of cooking and his manner of working with his hands, he had the entire crew enthralled. He enticed us with his own African flavours and proved to us that it's not a hard task to spice up a conventional meal. All you need is creativity, insight...and a little African flavour.
