While working in Washington DC a few years ago a few of us decided to go ice skating - to a rather full ice rink - directly after work. A few of the people who worked with us, were junior champion ice skaters back in the day and well I had never really ice skated. I started moving my feet on the ice fully dressed in a suit and yip you guessed it I went sprawling on all fours across the ice while the kids and parents couldn’t stop laughing. |

People who do not understand what customer service is and do not take pride in their job no matter what it is, as all jobs are important and are needed.
People who easily judge others or act without first knowing them or understand why they did something.
