My name is Vincent Michael Lambourn and I was born in 1971 and am the eldest son of four children to Mike and Jenny.
Both my parents were very active physically through my growing up years and I believe that this had a positive effect on me deciding to pursue a career in health and wellness.
Jenny, my Mom, was the regional squash and tennis champion and my Dad, Mike, had a successful sports career in Athletics, Judo and Olympic weightlifting which spanned over 30 years with him even competing at the 1982 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane Australia.
I was fortunate enough to have the privilege of being educated at a private English cadet school (St Georges College), where I specialized in athletics and was selected for the national U-16 athletics team. The same team my father Mike was selected for in the open category in the same competition in the same event. Inspired by my folks I went on to break national records, representing my country in 3 different sports and was selected for the Olympic Games in Athletics, won the Mr. Zimbabwe title in 2000 and was in the top 5 world rankings in power lifting.
I based myself in the UK for 5 years and during this time, attended various international training camps, qualified as an international athletics official for both track and field, and since then, I have been a life time member of the national amateur bodybuilding and weightlifting association. I have a variety of qualifications pertaining to the health and fitness industry. In 2002 I completed a 3 year thesis on Achieving Hypotrophy Naturally.
I am still very active in the health and fitness industry, and have owned a wellness centre for 3 years. I Have Trained Zino Ventura (Mr. South Africa 2008) for 6 years and continue to coach, train, inspire and pass on my experience to people around the world.
