How badly things can go wrong...

Adventure Racing:

Adventure racing is a tough sport so there is bound to be thrills and spills at every event; The Kinetic Urban Adventure was no different.

Fortunately for team CIGARE there were no injuries except to Etienne’s bike of course, which proved a bit difficult to ride with only one pedal!  They had a lot of fun getting lost a few times and occasionally went in the wrong direction but after all, they weren't half bad for first timers.

Aerobatic Flying:

EPISODE 2 is a “CAN NOT MISS EPISODE”!

C.I.G.A.R.E got South Africa’s number one aerobatic pilot Ian Billing to take Zino up into the air – Zino could never have anticipated what he was about to experience.

From positive 9 G’s to negative 4.5 G’s the aircraft danced around the sky in every which way but straight much to the detriment of poor Zino strapped in with no way to escape! Minutes later out came the barf bag....and yes we got it on camera!

Off-Road Karting:

The team from The Jet Shop were brave enough to allow our boys to take the Bronco Off-Road Vehicle through it's paces and our boys just proved to them that if it can be driven...well, we'll probably break it. Out of nowhere a pothole jumped and anarchy rained down on the boys, as the vehicle flipped once and then landed on its roof.

Although there were a few slight injuries, the guys managed to survive...until they went for a check up at their doctors. It so happened that Zino sustained a hairline fracture in his elbow and cracked a tooth to Etienne with slight tears in both his knee and ankle ligaments and a torn calf muscle. Crazy how adrenaline and the taste of petrol dripping into your mouth makes you forget about the pain.

Special thanks to The Jet Shop for being able to laugh about the situation afterwards and simply say: At least you guys didn't get hurt. Well that was until we received a large invoice for damages... You have to try it for yourself, so go check out their website, which is packed full of adrenaline fuelled toys for boys!

Ducati Tours in Italy:

So we had to travel all the way to Italy, just to be faced with the humiliation of dropping a gorgeous, 1098S Ducati on the cold hard tar road of the Tuscan winelands. It was bound to happen, as all that power seemed too much for Zino from the beginning.

Without a gear pedal and with a giant scratch on the side, Zino was forced to crawl back to the guys from Ducati Tours in Tuscany and beg for their forgiveness. Unluckily for him, forgiveness came at a price...
