After the Peroni Chef competition, we had the daunting task of picking not merely our favourite...but also the most competent chef in the kitchen. It was hard, but finally, they made  the call.

Craig Hounsom is a 29-year old guy, with a heart full of passion and a head full of ravishing recipes. He presents us with a up-market look on a rather niche type of eating...rice cake. Yup, rice cakes. But don't be fooled, because the dish he prepared for us, goes over and beyond your normal old cracker!
